Job Title: SAP Program Manager
Summary:
The SAP Principal Program Manager plays a pivotal role in leading a major enterprise-wide business and technology transformation initiative focused on migrating to SAP S/4HANA. This role is responsible for driving simplification, standardization, and innovation across key functional areas including Engineering, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and IT. The program encompasses end-to-end business processes such as Design to Operate (DTO), Source to Pay (STP), Inventory to Deliver (ITD), Forecast to Plan (FTP), Record to Report (RTR), and Hire to Retire (HTR), and integrates solutions including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Fieldglass, EPPM, SAC, BOBJ/BW, BTP, and numerous non-SAP systems. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in delivering SAP programs and has recent, hands-on experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA ERP transformations. This hybrid role requires a mix of remote and on-site work (typically 3 days per week or as business needs dictate) and offers compensation aligned with experience, market value, and performance incentives.
