Saviynt Sr. Consultant L4
- No. of years of experience: 15+ years of overall experience
- Implemented Saviynt for medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, Provisioning, etc.
- Strong background in coding and development using Java
- Demonstrate strong technical skills
- Demonstrate strong problem troubleshooting skills
- Able to work under pressure in case of a critical incident
- Be a strong team player
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of strong Saviynt implementation experience
- Strong oral, written communications skills
- Customer Facing Exposure is must
- CISSP certification is a bonus
- Open to travel requirements
- Must Have Technical Skills:
- Total 15+ years of experience in implementation and transformation of Saviynt or any other IGA tool
- Should have excellent knowledge of JAVA /J2EE, JavaScript and other scripting languages and XML
- Strong knowledge of Access Reviews and certifications in Saviynt.
- Strong Java debugging skills
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the LDAPs.
- Extensive Experience in development/support of workflows, forms, policies in Saviynt or similar tools
- Experience working with Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere) or developing J2EE products.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts
- Should have implemented high volume identity management systems with complex business processes covering use cases like user lifecycle management, strong authentication, risk based authentication, identity and access governance, federation, etc.
- Experience in multiple IAM products and across key Access Management areas like SSO, Strong Authentication, Multi-Factor Authentication, Risk Based Authentication, Identity Governance and Administration, UAM and GAM etc.
- Customer Facing Exposure is must
- Carrying out application onboarding requests for IAM environment.
- Configure required workflows & policies within Saviynt.
- Experience in design and architecture for IGA solution
Good to have skills:
- Understanding the business requirements and translating them into use cases.
- Interacts with company stakeholders and application owner for RCA and understanding current pain areas.
- Coordinate with customer for any requirements and dependencies
- Review all project deliverables before they are submitted to customer.
- Provide guidance to the project team; provide regular progress reports and participate in management reviews.
- Organize project progress meetings as per the required frequency.
- Strong Saviynt landscape understanding, related issues.
- Leadership experience for Governance, Dashboard based reporting and experience of:
- Solutions - Good understanding of Saviynt and its architecture
- Delivery excellence- Automation, Continuous improvement, Value add initiatives and internal compliances, Contractual obligations etc.
- Customer Management- Establish relationship at multiple levels in customer organization
