Duties

Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in a safe and stimulating environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Follow a daily schedule
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare area

Requirements

Requirements:
- understanding of child development principles and behavior management techniques
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a High school diploma or equivalent education
-Reliable Transportation 
-Must pass a background check and a drug screen

-Any other childcare experience

-Childcare discounts for full time employees
-Set Schedule 3:15p-5:30pm and possibly 8am-5:30p on Fridays, occasionally changes but not often.
-Paid time off after 1 year of employment and earned a little at a time during your first years
-Paid Holidays after 90 days
-Get a $0.50 raise after 90 days and another $0.50 after 180 days
-Plus earned sick days

Schedule:
-Day shift
-Monday to Friday
-No weekends
