**Position Summary**
The Process Sr. Analyst, Individual Contributor provides support to department operations and develops process improvements to improve workflows across the organization. Works under the supervision of a Manager/Senior Manager on performance improvement plans and optimization projects. Aligns department processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with organizational goals.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Consults with leaders on process metrics to define success criteria and measure progress against improvement targets.
+ Implements process management practices to ensure work expectations are met.
+ Designs and develops industry-leading process maps and diagrams to ensure that the impact of interconnected processes are thoroughly understood.
+ Develops actionable insights from internal data and organizes processes by categorical importance.
+ Handles technical process evaluations to uncover gaps in workflows and works under supervision of Senior Manager.
+ Maintains all process documentation in a common repository.
+ Implements process improvement events
+ 3+ years of relative experience in the above
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 1+ Years of experience with Salesforce
+ Experience in strategic problem solving
+ Experience with Quickbase, Excel, Microsoft Product Suite
+ Experience with specific Process Improvement methods ie: Lean, Six Sigma
+ Problem solving methodologies
+ Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
