Job Description :

Seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer with extensive experience in feature engineering, predictive modeling, and machine learning frameworks to build scalable analytical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in XGBoost models, Python, and ML libraries and have exposure to graph databases and analytics such as AWS Neptune.

Key Responsibilities :

• Data Preparation : Gather, manipulate, and interpret large datasets (millions of records, thousands of columns) to enable business-driven analytical solutions.
• Feature Engineering : Perform advanced feature reduction, selection, sample selection, and creation to optimize model performance.
• Model Development : Build, validate, and optimize machine learning models (e.g., XGBoost, regression, classification, ARIMA) within established guidelines and frameworks.
• Business Collaboration : Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and effectively present model outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.
• Consultation : Collaborate with Data Engineering, IT, and other internal teams to deploy analytical solutions seamlessly.
• Innovation : Leverage emerging technologies like Graph DB and AWS Neptune to enhance analytics outcomes.

Qualifications :

• Educational Background :
  • Master s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, or related fields.
• Experience :
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience, including 6+ years in data science and machine learning roles.
  • Extensive experience in feature engineering, data wrangling, and model validation.
  • Proven expertise in prediction models like XGBoost, time-series forecasting, and graph analytics.
• Technical Expertise :
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and machine learning libraries.
  • Familiarity with tools like AWS Sagemaker, Domino Data Lab, Snowflake, Tableau, and Hadoop frameworks.
  • Experience with deep learning, NLP, and advanced analytical techniques.
• Soft Skills :
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
