We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform and GO WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

Launch Lends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch:

1. Autheo (Autheo.com): Our Web3 Project is more than a Layer-1 Blockchain: Autheo is developing a Fullstack Integration Platform for Web3 and the Connected Web (Web2, Web3 and Web4)
2. GO WFO ( The first Layer-2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.

Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equity-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to co-founders upon completion of our anticipated public token sale in by this April, where we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.

Senior Mobile App Developer (Android and iOS)

Job Description

 Summary 

We are seeking a Senior Mobile App Developer to lead the development of secure, high-performance Android and iOS applications for our Layer-1 blockchain platform. This role requires expertise in building scalable mobile apps that integrate with blockchain ecosystems and hybrid Web 2.0/Web 3.0 architectures. You will work closely with front-end and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences for decentralized applications (dApps) and wallet integrations.

 Role / Responsibilities 

• Design and develop Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) applications from concept to deployment.

• Architect mobile apps that integrate with blockchain APIs, wallets, and decentralized networks.

• Implement responsive UIs using Jetpack Compose (Android) and SwiftUI (iOS).

• Optimize app performance for low-latency interactions (e.g., transaction signing, real-time updates).

• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate REST/GraphQL APIs for blockchain data.

• Ensure compliance with app store guidelines (Google Play, Apple App Store) for public/private distribution.

• Implement secure storage solutions for cryptographic keys and sensitive data.

• Write unit and integration tests using JUnit (Android) and XCTest (iOS).

• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment.

• Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards for maintainability.

 Required Experience 

• 5+ years of mobile development with Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift).

• Expertise in modern frameworks: Jetpack Compose (Android 12+) and SwiftUI (iOS 15+).

• Proficiency with Android Studio and Xcode (debugging, profiling, and performance tuning).

• Hands-on experience deploying apps to Google Play Console and Apple App Store.

• Strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL and integrating mobile apps with backend services.

• Familiarity with mobile security best practices (key management, encryption).

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Fastlane).

• Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Portfolio of published apps demonstrating scalable architecture.

• Work closely with front-end engineers, backend developers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of mobile applications with blockchain protocols and backend services.

• Serve as a technical lead for mobile app development projects, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring adherence to best practices in mobile design and performance.

• Provide mentorship to junior mobile developers, fostering a culture of learning by sharing expertise in Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) development.

• Address technical disagreements constructively, facilitating discussions that lead to consensus while balancing business needs with engineering best practices.

 Desired Experience 

• Experience building blockchain/crypto apps (e.g., wallets, dApps).

• Knowledge of Web3 libraries (e.g., Web3.js, Ethers.js).

• Familiarity with cross-platform tools (e.g., Flutter, React Native).

• Exposure to AWS Amplify or Firebase for mobile backend services.

• Experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry, New Relic).

 Key Technologies 

• Android: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android 12–14 (API 31–34), RoomDB, Retrofit

• iOS: Swift, SwiftUI, iOS 15–17, CoreData, Combine Framework

• Tools: GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Figma (for UI/UX collaboration)

• Blockchain: REST/GraphQL APIs for blockchain nodes, WalletConnect integration
