Position – Site Supervisor
Job Location – Sheboygan, WI
Starting Date – Pending Offer
Employment Term – Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 4:30pm)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience Start at $28 Per Hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
Lead a crew of laborers to repair a variety of property damage claims including fire, water, wind, contents, and collision damages.
Responsibilities
- Instruct crew members on the scope of work and safety precautions
- Lead by example performing various duties as needed
- Maintain job reports and collect job progress photos
- Document and maintain company equipment assigned to projects
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent Customer Service
- Ability To Gain Required Certifications
