Position Summary:
The Brand Shopper and Digital Media Associate Manager will own the execution of shopper and digital media programs in order to help deliver brand goals while optimizing shopper/media spend and performance. This role will work collaboratively with the brand team, internal social/influencer team as well as other EPC colleagues who work on Amazon, retail media and search. The ideal candidate is someone who is familiar with the breadth of shopper and digital media channels and is eager to work closely with a brand team to activate these channels for business results.
Accountabilities
• Own the development and execution of the brand shopper marketing plan including being the point of contact with EPCs shopper agency.
• Support in the development and own the execution of the digital media including plans, creative content, and how to measure & optimize. Support brand team to ensure optimization across digital with the right digital content.
• Work with integrated communication manager to maintain marketing calendars, content planners, and tracking documents; updating as campaign elements shift and new information becomes available.
• Propose ways to monitor and report performance of brand shopper and digital marketing campaigns, including ROI and real-time (campaign optimization, A/B testing) learnings.
• Stay current on digital marketing best practices and industry standards; continuously recommend new approaches, innovative ideas, and / or technologies to deliver on KPIs.

• Hands on management of holistic brand A&P budgets. Work with EPC finance team to accurately reflect investment levels & spend phasing based upon plans; identify opportunities to reallocate budget to help achieve business goals.
Required Education, Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing preferred.
• At least 3 years of paid digital media experience, agency (including shopper agency) or D2C brand. Experience with retail media and ecomm a plus.
• Experience working with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager. Experience with YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter advertising, Google Adwords, a plus.
Desirable Education, Skills and Experience
• At least 3 years of shopper, digital media or ecommerce experience highly preferred.
• Experience with digital advertising & eCommerce tools (Google Analytics, Ad servers, DMP’s, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization.
• Understanding of marketing funnel & digital marketing tactics.
• Strong documentation, analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Strong project management skills. The ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills; experience working in a complex, dynamic organization and driving collaboration with various key stakeholders.
• Motivated independent, self-starter that is comfortable in start-up type atmosphere and is willing and ready to “roll their sleeves up”.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working Relationships
• Key relationships internally will include working closely with Brand team and internal team working on social, influencer, amazon, search and retail media.
salary range for this position is $98,000 - 144,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
