Job Description: Sr. Health Services Associate

Role Summary: This key position involves answering phones and providing communication to healthcare providers, patients, and other internal customers. The role is responsible for coordinating and scheduling initial and refill patient shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate initiative and take a proactive, enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Possess strong telephone skills.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide necessary information.
  • Contact patients to gather essential information for coordinating prescription shipments.
  • Accurately and completely schedule medication deliveries.
  • Maintain patient records with accuracy and completeness.
  • Adhere to all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA and compliance regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Service Center.
Physical Requirements:
  • Professional office environment.
  • Must frequently stand, walk, sit, and reach outward.
  • Ability to push/pull up to 15 lbs and lift/carry up to 15 lbs.
