Summary:

QTI has partnered with a growing company located in Horicon, WI to hire a Direct Hire Production Lead (Metal Stamping) to join their team.

• Hours: Monday to Thursday 5:00am to 3:30pm.
• Pay: $26.00-31.00/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Ensure production keeps moving to complete jobs.
• Indentify process improvements for cost savings and efficiencies.
• Provide support to all stamping dept employees and secondary processes.
• Communicate with the Tool Room, Purchasing, QA departments, and Maintenance to ensure product compliance.
• Lead all Die Crash Investigation.
• Troubleshoot all press and stamping related issues.
• Coordinate repairs with outside vendors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass written and physical Forklift test.
• Must be computer literate and have the ability to read and write.
• Must have a professional demeanor for interfacing with employees, vendors, and customers.
• Must have a strong demeanor to enforce the rules while maintaining relationships with EE's.
