We’re an early-stage, self-funded startup operating in stealth—founded by two entrepreneurs with multiple successful exits across wildly different industries. We’re building a SaaS platform that’s about to blow up with our platform launch this Summer/Fall. We’ve been building in the background for over a year. Now? It’s launch time.
We’re looking for a Graphic Design Intern who can help us look as good as we’re about to be. That means digital assets, pitch decks, swag, print materials, brand visuals—you name it. You’ll work directly with the founders and Head of Product to shape the look and feel of a company people haven’t heard of yet—but will soon.
This is not just a Canva internship. You’ll have real creative freedom, a blank brand canvas, and a front-row seat to a huge launch. If you think visually, design like you mean it, and obsess over the small stuff—read on.
Create branded assets for web, social, email, and anything else we throw your way.
Design our first pitch decks, one-pagers, flyers, onboarding materials, and slide templates.
Dream up and design launch swag—shirts, stickers, signs, maybe even a branded leaf blower. Who knows.
Help define (and refine) our visual identity across channels—color, typography, vibe, all of it.
Work with the founders and external design partners on anything from iconography to packaging.
What You’ll Get
Real ownership and portfolio pieces—not just resizing logos.
A chance to shape the visual identity of a brand from zero.
Feedback and mentorship from experienced founders with a sharp eye for brand and execution.
A fast-moving, creative, and collaborative environment where your ideas can actually happen.
A killer project to show off in future interviews or pitch decks of your own.
What We’re Looking For
You’ve got a strong visual point of view and know how to execute across both print and digital.
You’re comfortable working within brand guidelines—or helping create them from scratch.
You’ve got experience (or major curiosity) around swag, packaging, or physical product design.
You’re organized, reliable, and know how to hit deadlines without sacrificing detail.
Bonus points if you’re handy with motion graphics, Figma, Webflow, or other modern tools.
Location: In-person preferred (mHUB Chicago or Industrious Evanston), hybrid OK if you’re independent.
Compensation: Unpaid, but we’ll support school credit and real career goals.
Future Potential: Yes. We’ll need creative horsepower post-launch—this could grow into paid design work or a longer-term role.
