About the Role:
Join our vibrant team as a Swedish-Speaking Customer Support Representative. You will be the first point of contact for our Swedish-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer support in Swedish via phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Swedish; strong communication skills in English are essential.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer support is an advantage.
• Flexibility: Must be available to work varying shifts throughout the week, including weekends.
