You Are:
A skilled utility industry practitioner equipped to help clients tackle digitization challenges. You possess the experience, creativity, and analytical power to design and implement next-generation enterprise asset management solutions: you excel in utility processes related to enterprise asset management, asset health and maintenance, and asset performance lifecycles. You embrace opportunities to challenge the status quo, seeking not mere step changes. You inspire teams to deliver your vision and foster innovative thinking. With a proven track record in assembling diverse, high-octane teams that harness people’s strengths, you understand the importance of co-location with clients and teams for innovation, and you are prepared to partner at client sites.

The Work:

• Lead teams to deliver transformative transmission and distribution enterprise asset management solutions to our clients, from up-front assessment, planning and design through deployment.

• Understand client challenges and articulate the value of transformation in terms of business outcomes.

• Bring a combination of deep functional expertise and delivery leadership to our Utilities clients.

• Constantly learn and introduce new technologies and innovative enterprise asset management solutions to our clients.

• Be a role model and coach for the next generation of Accenture managers and consultants.

• Champion the professional and personal success of your team members.

• Foster trusted advisor relationships with clients from strategy to technology; from the C-Suite to the front line, for business and IT.

• Integrate business data to uncover new insights and enable evidence-based business decisions.

• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in utilities (gas and electric).

• Minimum 7 years of functional experience in utilities enterprise asset management systems, such as IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, SAP PM, etc.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in utilities enterprise asset management processes, understanding the interlock with utilities enterprise work management processes.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

• Desire to work in an information systems environment.

• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.

Compensation at Accenture varies based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and experience level. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles in California, Colorado, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, or Washington as outlined below. We accept applications on an ongoing basis with no fixed deadline to apply.
