Now, we need a leader who knows how to craft incredible guest experiences, build a strong hospitality team, and make LucidWild Estate the go-to destination for wine lovers and adventurers alike.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (A.K.A. YOUR SUPERPOWERS)

As Tasting Room + Hospitality Manager, you’re the engine behind LucidWild Estate’s daily guest experience. You’re a leader and a hands-on operator who ensures that every visitor walks away raving about their time at LucidWild Estate. You’ll manage all aspects of our tasting room, guest hospitality, and on-site experiences, balancing seamless operations with creativity, team leadership, and business growth.

MAKE EVERY GUEST FEEL LIKE A VIP. Greet guests like old friends, spark conversations, and ensure every visitor leaves with a story to tell.

KEEP THE ENERGY HIGH. Keep the tasting room buzzing, manage reservations, set the vibe, and keep the flow smooth so every guest has an unforgettable time.

BE THE HYPE SQUAD LEADER. Rally the team, fuel their passion, and make sure they’re having as much fun as our guests while delivering top-notch service.

CREATE NEXT-LEVEL EXPERIENCES. Dream up new ways to elevate tastings and turn every visit into a bucket-list moment.

BE THE VOICE OF LUCIDWILD. Stay on top of guest inquiries across email, RedChirp, phone, and text—respond like a human, not a robot, and keep the LucidWild magic alive.

KEEP IT FRESH. Update tasting menus, tweak the experience, and make sure every detail, big or small, adds to the wow factor.

DRIVE THE FUN (AND THE SALES). Make wine sales and club sign-ups feel natural, never forced. Guests should want to take a piece of LucidWild home with them.

BE IN THE MIX. Stay on the floor as much as possible, pouring wine, swapping stories, and making sure every guest is having an absolute blast.

LEVEL UP THE EXPERIENCE. Keep tabs on guest feedback, track what’s working, and always look for ways to make things even better.

BEHIND-THE-SCENES MAGIC

MAKE SURE EVERY SPACE IS ON POINT. From the glassware to the playlist, ensure every detail is dialed in for an effortlessly cool experience.

BALANCE THE BOOKS (BUT MAKE IT FUN). Manage costs without cutting corners—keep an eye on labor, tastings, and supplies while keeping things top-tier.

KEEP SCORE. Track club sign-ups, revenue, and guest engagement like a boss, using insights to tweak and improve the game plan.

SPREAD THE LUCIDWILD LOVE

TURN VISITORS INTO LIFELONG FANS. Build connections that last beyond the visit—follow up, send a note, and make them feel like part of the family.

BUILD A CREW OF INDUSTRY INSIDERS. Connect with hotels, restaurants, and other tastemakers to spread the LucidWild word and create epic partnerships.

STAY CONNECTED. Keep the conversation going with guests before and after their visit, making sure LucidWild stays on their mind (and in their glass).
