• Contract Duration: 3-months
• Worksite Location:  St. Paul, MN | hybrid
• Compensation: $20-22/hour
  

What you'll do as the Technical Helpdesk Contractor:

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies using various digital tools and platforms, including Excel, SQL, AS400 iBMI Mainframe, Bell Sensing App Portal, and Ecolab Web Admin Portal.
• Collaborate with the Pest Field team to troubleshoot and address equipment setup issues, ensuring seamless operations.
• Log, track, and manage support incidents efficiently within the ticketing system (ServiceNow), ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.

What you'll bring to the Technical Helpdesk Contractor role:
Required Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong data handling and organizational abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing effective solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with SQL Server Management Studio 20 for database management and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge and experience with AS400/IBMi Mainframe systems.
• Proficient in incident management, with a solid understanding of ticket documentation and escalation protocols.
• Associate’s degree or higher in a related field.
