Job Description

AECOM  is seeking an  Engineering Intern  to be based in  Middleton WI .

This position is expected to begin in Summer 2025.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• Internships are designed to introduce and build essential hands on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional. 
• Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad wellrounded learning experience within their field of study.
  
   

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Traffic Engineering and must have completed at least one year of study. Candidates who have recently graduated with a Bachelors degree and plan to continue with the Masters degree are eligible to apply for these positions.  Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelors degree in the most previous school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship.
• Valid U.S. Drivers License required to visit project sites clients and other AECOM offices. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Additional Information :

• Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
• This position requires a hybrid work schedule which includes in office work in  Middleton WI . The selected candidate must be available to work in Middleton WI  on a scheduled basis.
• Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.
• As a condition of employment selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review and substance abuse test.
