We are currently seeking a UI UX Developer to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented  UI/UX Developer to create user-friendly and visually appealing web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience, ensuring seamless interaction between users and our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Front-End Development: Implement responsive and interactive UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• User Experience Enhancement: Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability testing to optimize user experience and improve design functionality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the best user experience.
• Design Systems & Guidelines: Develop and maintain UI design systems, ensuring consistency in branding, color schemes, typography, and component libraries.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure UI performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across various devices and browsers.
• Usability Testing & Feedback: Gather and implement feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance the user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Technical Skills (5+ Years):
  • Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Experience with CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS.
  • Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability principles.
  • Basic knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centric designs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics or UI animations (Lottie, CSS animations).
• Knowledge of UX research methods and data-driven design.
• Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, APIs) is a plus.
