  • Performance & Optimization: Collaborate with development teams to ensure the seamless implementation of designs, focusing on performance optimization and responsive design across various devices and screen sizes.

  • Documentation & Handoff: Produce clear and detailed design specifications, assets, and guidelines to support developers and ensure smooth handoffs throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating new techniques and ideas into your workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive web design is a plus.

  • Experience in the engineering or technical industry is preferred but not required.

Personal Attributes:

  • Creative: Passion for solving complex problems through innovative design solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.

  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail in visual design, ensuring a polished and consistent user experience.

  • Collaborative: A team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional work environment.

  • Adaptable: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
