An extremely fast-growing broker is looking to expand their presence in New York State. They are looking for someone with 3+ years on the wholesale underwriting side of the business with solid agency contacts in the state. This broker has many markets ready and willing to write new business and is really strong in the $5,000-$25,000 space. They have both binding and brokerage markets. Must be a sales-oriented, production-oriented underwriter that will have goals to meet. They will not look at company underwriters for these roles, but they will consider assistant broker/underwriters that feel they are ready for the next step. Must have a tremendous sense of urgency. There are some accounts and business they will give you to help you get a start with them.
