Responsibilities
Organize and manage scheduling, including setting up meetings and appointments.
Handle email communication and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Assist with data entry and maintain organized records for easy access.
Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with logistics as needed.
Conduct research to provide information for ongoing projects.
Create and prepare documents, presentations, and reports as required.
Support the team with various administrative tasks to improve overall efficiency.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic proficiency in computer applications and online tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
