Warehouse/Logistics Assistant (Direct Hire)

Location: Irvine, CA

Schedule: Monday – Friday, must be flexible between 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $25 – $28 per hour (DOE)

Overview

Eastridge is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse/Logistics Assistant for a direct hire opportunity with a leading medical device company based in Irvine, CA. This role supports the daily operations of the warehouse and logistics functions, including receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping of products and inventory. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, ERP system familiarity, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming products and materials; conduct mechanical and electrical inspections as needed
• Prepare and package customer orders for delivery using standard shipping systems (FedEx, UPS, freight)
• Conduct inventory control, including physical inventories and cycle counts
• Maintain accurate records of material receipts, shipments, and field inventory
• Organize and manage warehouse storage locations efficiently
• Evaluate and process returned products according to established procedures
• Support field training and lab inventory preparation and tracking
• Maintain clean and orderly warehouse and work areas
• Assist with cross-functional projects and tasks as needed
• Occasionally work Saturdays as business requires

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of warehouse/logistics experience required
• Experience using ERP, SAP, or warehouse management systems preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
• Previous QC or technical experience a plus
• Inventory control or distribution knowledge preferred
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
