Requirements
- Learn foundational AI principles and how LLM's (large language models) work.
- Understand generative AI principles and concepts
- Analyze real-world digital AI products and AI design case studies.
- Analyze AI product successes and failures.
- Design and build AI applications with a human centered approach.
- Apply Wizard-of-Oz prototyping and other prototyping methods to test AI-based ideas prior to development.
- Balance the need for user-control versus AI automation within the product based on user needs.
- Understand the psychology behind why users may or may not trust AI-based products and systems.
- Develop AI chatbot designs, designing for the psychology behind why and how users interact with chatbots.
- Understand the ethics around AI design and what makes ethical vs. unethical AI designs.
