**Role Overview**
As the Automations Specialist at Mentally Balanced Media (MBM), you will play a pivotal role in optimizing internal processes by designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable automation workflows. Leveraging your expertise in Go High Level and Make.com, as well as supplementary tools like Monday.com, Airtable, and GSuite, you will enhance operational efficiency and support MBM’s mission of delivering excellence in mental health media.
This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to process improvement. You will ensure workflows are accurate, well-documented, and continuously optimized to meet MBM’s high standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Automation Development and Maintenance:**
Design, implement, and maintain internal workflows using Go High Level and Make.com to streamline operations, including onboarding, reporting, and task automation.
Successfully import, adapt, and test 1 Make.com automation per week, customizing it for MBM’s internal systems while ensuring seamless integration.
**Quality Assurance (QA) and Accuracy:**
Maintain a 98% error-free rate in all internal automation workflows.
Perform thorough testing and troubleshooting of automations before deployment, implementing automated testing processes where feasible.
Resolve critical errors in automations within 24 hours and non-critical errors within 48 hours.
**Workflow Optimization and Reporting:**
Analyze existing systems to identify inefficiencies and propose automation solutions to improve operational performance.
Implement at least 2 new internal automations per month that save time or reduce manual tasks.
Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for all workflows, updating SOPs within 48 hours of automation deployment.
**Collaboration and Communication:**
Work with team members across departments to align internal workflows with overall business goals and ensure smooth implementation.
Use tools like Monday.com, Slack, and GSuite to communicate progress, manage automation requests, and provide updates on task statuses.
**Tools and Ecosystem Management:**
Integrate and manage automations across Go High Level, Make.com, Monday.com, Airtable, and other relevant tools.
Use APIs and data management expertise to ensure smooth cross-platform integrations.
Provide training and technical support to team members on using automation tools effectively.
**Continuous Improvement:**
Proactively review existing workflows every quarter to identify areas for improvement and optimize for better performance.
Stay updated on the latest developments in automation tools and recommend upgrades or new solutions to enhance MBM’s capabilities.
