Under supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, in the Department of State Hospitals, Classification and Pay Unit, the Staff Services Analyst is an entry level analyst who performs work of average difficulty in a wide variety of consultative and analytical staff services assignments. This includes providing timely and appropriate personnel management consultation and technical assistance to department managers, supervisors, hospital personnel staff and departmental employees.
