Manager – Distribution

Salary up to $165,000 PLUS Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation to the Northwest.

In the Wood Industry and looking for an amazing opportunity? This position is for a manager that understands distribution and manufacturing processes and enjoys working with customers and employees. The position allows you to be responsible for a territorial distribution region.

To qualify for this Branch Manager’s position, you must have 10 or more years of stable work experience in manufacturing or distribution with a strong preference in the Wood Industry.

• Manage wholesale building materials location(s) including administrative, sales, product management and operations.
• Responsible for financial performance including PROTC, PROWC net income, sales, EBITDA, and investment level goals.
• Develop the business plan, capital budget, and key budget.
• Develop sales strategies to maximize penetration of the marketing area.
• Manage operations to maximize productivity of labor, working capital, and facilities.
• Facilitate and promote the Total Quality process and the development of all associates to increase profitability.
• Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
