Title: Enterprise ERP Program Manager

Location: Remote but ideally they want someone close to Knoxville, TN
Required Skills:
Minimum Requirements:
Project Management: At least 15 years of project management experience, including 7 years in program management with a focus on managing interdependencies, resources, schedules, and budgets.
ERP Implementation: A minimum of 7 years overseeing ERP implementations from initiation through post-implementation support.
Matrixed Environments: At least 5 years managing resources within a complex, matrixed environment.
Client-Focused Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a client or patient-focused setting.
Skills: At least 5 years of experience in resource and capacity planning, budgeting, problem-solving, strategic planning, and quality management at the program level.
Team Leadership: A minimum of 5 years leading cross-functional teams.
Smartsheets: At least 5 years of experience with Smartsheets.
