We are seeking a motivated Event Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and work directly with our well-known and respected client. This is a customer-facing role with no experience required, and we offer comprehensive training to set you up for success. As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the performance and success of the marketing team, helping to achieve day-to-day objectives and campaign targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to specific tasks within your team, as well as independently on occasion
• Act as the internal liaison between the customer and client
• Assist in ensuring fundraising targets are met
• Attend all meetings and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
• Strive to improve cost-effectiveness and customer service
• Liaise with customers and ensure their requests are handled efficiently
• Produce detailed and accurate reports on donations
• Provide weekly updates to the Managing Director on work progress
• Develop excellent customer service skills to meet company standards
