Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our family-oriented team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and evaluating a variety of events tailored to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing team to understand their event goals and objectives.
• Execute promotional events from conception to completion, including schedule, inventory, and vendor relationship management.
• Ensure the best services and prices for customers.
• Manage event marketing and promotional efforts to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Oversee on-site event management, including setup, coordination, and breakdown.
• Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all events.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years in Events, Hospitality, Retail, Marketing, Sales or a related customer service field preferred.
• Strong communication skills and time-management with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Knowledge of the home improvement, water distribution, charity, and automotive sectors is a plus.
