Job Description

My client is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their reputable practice here in Minneapolis. Qualified applicants will bring a deep understanding of the many facets of family law and have a proven track record in both litigation and negotiation while delivering a quality and positive service to your clients.

Qualifications:

* 10+ years of experience practicing family law
* Excellent communication and writing skills
* Experience with high-asset clients strongly preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

* Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, and property division
* Provide expert legal advice and develop effective case strategies tailored to each client's unique situation
* Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and court orders
* Conduct thorough legal research and remain up-to-date on current family law legislation and precedents
* Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court proceedings
* Collaborate with a team of legal professionals, including paralegals and support staff, to ensure comprehensive case management
