Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team! This is an entry-level position no prior HR experience is required , and we’re willing to train the right candidate. If you’re organized, reliable, and eager to start a career in Human Resources, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute offer letters to new hires
  • Process new hire paperwork and maintain employee records
  • Lead our new employee orientation and onboarding process
  • Reconcile HR-related invoices and balance benefit accounts
  • Maintain and update information in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
  • Support HR initiatives and special projects as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related discipline
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
