About the Role
We?re looking for a highly organized and execution-focused
Marketing Manager to take ownership of all day-to-day marketing activities across
Email, SMS, Paid Ads, Web, Influencer & Affiliate Programs, and Creative Management . This is a hands-on role for someone who can wear multiple hats and manage campaigns from concept to execution while driving measurable results.

Duties Core Responsibilities
? Email & SMS Marketing
- Plan, build, and optimize flows and campaigns in Klaviyo to drive revenue
- Write compelling, conversion-focused copy tailored to each stage of the customer journey
- Create clear creative briefs for design and implementation
- Manage segmentation and targeting strategies
- Track performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and iterate based on results
- Ensure consistency, timeliness, and effectiveness in all lifecycle communications
? Paid Advertising (Meta & Google)
- Set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta and Google
- Write engaging ad copy and ensure all creatives meet platform specs
- Monitor performance daily and make proactive budget and strategy recommendations
- Analyze creative and campaign effectiveness and suggest optimizations
? Shopify Site Management
- Set up and manage discount codes, sales, and promotions
- Update homepage assets (hero images, banners) and ensure alignment with active campaigns
- Maintain consistency across digital touchpoints
? Creative Project Management
- Own the creative request process across marketing channels
- Create detailed briefs and manage timelines for content production
- Maintain an organized content library and share regular updates with the team
? Influencer & Affiliate Program Management
- Coordinate influencer and affiliate partnerships
- Send contracts, track deliverables, and ensure timely content publication
- Provide content briefs and ensure brand consistency across partnerships
Requirements You?re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a fast-paced ecommerce or DTC environment
- Know your way around Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify
- Are a strong communicator and copywriter with an eye for detail
- Are comfortable managing multiple projects across different channels
- Use data to drive decisions and optimize performance
- Are resourceful, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative environment
