The U.S McOpCo Alignment Supervisor supports the Strategic Alignment Manager and McOpCo Leadership Team in orchestrating the U.S. McOpCo strategy to life across the organization. This role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, time management and creative skills. The Supervisor proactively drives exceptional visibility, alignment and engagement of the U.S. McOpCo narrative with key stakeholders through critical communication channels and strategic orchestration. The Supervisor is a strategic-thinker in identifying opportunities to integrate and sequence cross-functional work and in exploring relevant ways to deliver compelling messages that drive desired behaviors among stakeholders. The Supervisor is adept at understanding and synthesizing feedback in a face-paced environment. The position also collaborates with U.S. Media Relations on crisis and issue management, and Brand Communications to execute publicity campaigns.
The position is based out of our global headquarters in Chicago, IL (West Loop) and is a hybrid role with the candidate expected to work from MHQ three days each week.

The expected salary range for this role is $98,140 - $125,130 per year.
