Pay Rate Range: $21 - $23/hr

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Non CDL Transfer Driver to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a reliable and responsible individual who takes pride in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our high-quality auto parts to our valued customers. As a delivery driver, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for navigating your assigned delivery route with skill and precision, all while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 26ft box truck to transport auto parts to warehouse and shipping centers.
• Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Verify that the load is properly secured and balanced before transportation.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of the truck.
• Assist in loading and unloading 3PL truck.
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck.
• Assist in sorting parts daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned as business needs change.

Qualifications

• Must be or willing to be DOT Compliant. 
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Prior experience driving a 26ft box truck or similar commercial vehicle.
• Able to reach, bend, lift, pull and push up to 50lbs 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow delivery schedules and routes.
• Excellent verbal, written, and auditory communication skills and ability to work effectively with the dispatch team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
• Familiarity with auto parts and repair industry is a plus.
• Ability to work from 3AM to 1PM when needed
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others.
• Capacity to maintain composure and politeness under difficult circumstances.
• Aptitude to be available and adjust working hours according to demands.

Shift & Hours: Monday – Friday  

3AM Start time (daily schedule may vary between 8-10 hour days based on volume of work)

Compensation: Hourly rate $21-$23, based on experience
