This role focuses on crafting innovative ideas, analyzing product economics, and developing compelling proposals to support strategic decision-making, government research grant applications, and impact investment funding, under the guidance of our Director of Product & Innovation.

Product Strategy Analyst , your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market research and trend analysis to identify funding opportunities from government programs and impact investors.
- Brainstorming and crafting innovative ideas for research and development projects aligned with eCAMION’s strategic goals.
- Writing compelling grant proposals and funding applications that clearly articulate the value and impact of proposed projects.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including engineering, product, and sales, to gather technical and financial information for proposals.
- Analyzing product economics, including hardware production, sales, and deployment, to support strategic decision-making.
- Developing clear and persuasive presentations to communicate project ideas and funding needs to stakeholders.
- Staying updated on relevant funding opportunities, eligibility requirements, and submission deadlines.
- Building and maintaining relationships with funding agencies, government bodies, and impact investors.
- Tracking proposal status, reporting outcomes, and maintaining a database of funding opportunities and application processes.
- May be required to do additional tasks as needed.

Job Requirements: Basic Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Technology Strategy, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in proposal writing, grant application development, or related roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify funding opportunities and align them with organizational goals.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada (a copy of a valid work permit will be required for international applicants).
Preferred Assets: - Master’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.
- Experience with energy storage, clean technology, or EV infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with government research grant programs and impact investment processes.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and time management.
- A valid Ontario “G” Class Driver’s License with no demerit points.
