Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and self-driven individuals to join our team as Remote Life Insurance Agents. In this role, you will have the flexibility to work from home while helping clients secure their financial future through our comprehensive life insurance products. As a key member of our sales team, you will leverage your interpersonal skills and passion for service to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through warm leads and referrals to discuss their life insurance needs.
• Provide personalized consultations to assess client requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Utilize company-provided tools and resources to deliver exceptional customer service and follow up on client inquiries.
• Educate clients about the benefits of life insurance and help them make informed decisions.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service; prior experience in insurance is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with virtual communication tools.
• A valid life insurance license or the willingness to obtain one (we offer support for licensing).
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
