• Ensure our operations align with all levels of environmental regulations and standards.
• Execute workplace environment assessments to support programs addressing physical, chemical, and biological risks.
• Implement cutting-edge safety practices and personal protective solutions to mitigate risks.
• Recommend process enhancements derived from regular EHS program reviews.
• Advocate for ongoing risk reduction and environmental protection initiatives.
• Monitor our compliance and drive progression towards safety benchmarks.
• Equip personnel with the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain safety metrics.
• Coordinate with external professionals to meet and surpass compliance thresholds.

Required Expertise

• University degree preferred; five years or more of relevant environmental health and safety experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and track record in unionized, industrial sectors.
• Strong commitment to fostering safety advancements and strategic EHS enhancements.
