Senior FP&A Analyst

A very stable, bricks and mortar company, is seeking to hire an experience Financial Planning & Accounting Analyst to its talented staff due to growth.   

Essential Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree 
• Experience: 5 or more years of professional experience in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting/forecasting.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), financial modeling, and data analysis. Proficiency with SQL and Oracle ERP/EPM systems is highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree: MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and prior experience in public accounting.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and creative thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate complex information to senior management (written, verbal, and presentations).
• Data Analysis: Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will involve:

• Conducting financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
• Developing and maintaining financial models.
• Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Preparing financial statements and reports.
• Communicating financial information to stakeholders.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
