Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to take our online presence to the next level. If you're experienced in social media strategy, content creation, and building strong online communities, we want you to join our dynamic team!

As a Social Media Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all social media strategies, ensuring that our brand’s voice and message are consistent across platforms. You will be creating, curating, and managing content, as well as engaging with our online audience. Your role will also involve analyzing performance data and optimizing strategies to enhance the overall social media impact.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create engaging content tailored to each social media platform including images, videos, and copywriting.
  • Monitor and respond to audience comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a timely and engaging manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and effective cross-channel campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Track and report on social media metrics, providing actionable insights to improve content and strategies.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform changes, and best practices, and implement new strategies as appropriate.
  • Build relationships with influencers, industry leaders, and brand ambassadors to expand brand reach.
  • Oversee social media content calendar, ensuring content is published on time and is aligned with marketing initiatives.
  • Manage social media budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and meet performance targets.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creativity and innovation, with a passion for delivering fresh and engaging content.
