Job Title: Swedish-Speaking Customer Support/Content Moderator.

L ocation : Qormi, Malta.

Work Model:  Hybrid  

Role Summary:

We are currently seeking for Swedish Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Malta and contribute to a safer online environment by providing Swedish-language customer support via email and chat, and moderating content across various platforms to ensure compliance and prevent harmful activity. This role involves a blend of direct customer interaction and content review, requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email and live chat.
• Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
• Identify and escalate policy violations and fraudulent activities.
• Provide feedback on trends and user issues to improve processes.
• Maintain accurate records and meet performance targets.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including mornings and late nights until midnight.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing policies and procedures.
