  4. Presentation Skills:   Present professional-style quotes to clients, showcasing the exceptional service they can expect from our agency.

  5. Booking and Payment:   Facilitate bookings and collect credit card payments from clients, ensuring a seamless transaction process.

  6. Schedule Management:   Monitor trip changes and adjust schedules as necessary to meet clients' evolving needs.

  7. Continuous Learning:   Attend training sessions to stay updated on new suppliers, travel specials, and the ever-changing landscape of the travel industry.
