This is a 3 month freelance assignment and will be hybrid in Atlanta, GA 2 days per week, as needed. Hours will vary based on feedback and revisions.

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and user-friendly websites, ensuring a seamless online experience for our users. This role involves collaborating with clients and developers to create visually appealing and functional web designs that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Design and implement website layouts, including user interface and user experience elements.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and optimized for performance.
  • Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into design projects.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and skills.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
  • Experience in creating responsive and adaptive designs.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.


In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
