Job Description
AD Talent has partnered with a leading NYC-based marketing technology company to identify a highly organized Webinar & Event Coordinator to work across a wide variety of digital events. You will be responsible for the coordination and execution of multiple virtual events that play a key role in the marketing funnel. By working closely with cross-departmental teams you'll be able to drive revenue and foster brand loyalty for an innovative company changing the face of marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop webinar and virtual event processes
Partner with leadership to formulate a long-term vision and strategy for virtual experiences
Coordinate and execute webinars and other virtual events revolving around sponsors, sales enablement, customer engagement, and more
Partner with internal marketing teams to define messaging and content for events
Work closely with Comms to ensure on-brand event execution
Collaborate with Marketing Operations team to execute, report on, and optimize success of events
Work closely with the Sales and CS teams to educate them on all events through detailed instructions for promotion, execution, and follow-up
Create custom Salesforce reports to track event metrics
Coordination of portions of client's annual conference
Occasionally contribute to program initiatives from broader marketing team
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
0-2+ years of marketing experience
Excellent written & verbal communication skills - public speaking skills a plus!
Detail-oriented
Demonstrated project management, operational, and problem solving skills
Self-starter who is comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders
