Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join their team. This role requires strong expertise in project management, estimating, and construction software such as Bluebeam. The Project Manager will oversee construction project ensuring efficient execution, cost control, and high-quality outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee project estimation, including cost analysis, resource planning, and scope definition.
• Utilize Bluebeam and other construction management software for project coordination, documentation, and collaboration.
• Establish and maintain strong communication with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Track project progress, generate reports, and resolve any scheduling or operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards at all project stages.
• Conduct site visits within the Tri-State Area to oversee project execution and address any issues proactively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in construction project management, including estimating and overseeing specialty construction projects.
• Experience with concrete specialty products (preferred).
• Background in carpentry, flooring, or general contracting is required.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and other construction management software.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project documentation, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
