Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Create full mockups of UX flows and components, collaborating with developers to
implement designs using React Bootstrap / Material-UI.
Develop and document user flows, journeys, and personas.
Ensure websites and applications are fully responsive, cross-browser compatible, and
optimized for speed and performance.
Conduct design brainstorming sessions with product owners to gather user insights and
understand product details.
Drive the digital design process, creating engaging websites and interactive experiences.
Define and manage the design approach to deliver differentiated digital experiences.
Test and troubleshoot across multiple platforms and devices to ensure consistent
functionality.
Collaborate closely with product teams, providing input during UX reviews and sessions.
Create original designs, typography, iconography, and art for modern, industry-leading
digital screens.
Continuously push for improvement in design processes through open communication
and feedback.
Develop frameworks and models that help teams visualize key concepts and generate
valuable input.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and design trends to deliver cuttingedge solutions.
Lead digital projects from strategy and conceptualization to prototyping and final
execution.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in Web Design, with a deep understanding of front-end
development and database-driven functionality.
Expertise in SCSS, React, JavaScript basics, and user research/usability testing.
Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Proficiency in HTML/CSS and responsive design patterns.
Experience working with version control systems like Git for collaborative development.
A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across
various stakeholders.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a logical
approach.
Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies and UX best practices.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a
deadline-driven environment.
Experience with Azure DevOps and JIRA is highly desired.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Project).
Ability to lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders at different levels.
